I don't know about guys, but I always loved Valentine's Day. I think it's the idea of love that got me hooked. Naturally, I always felt a bit sad if I happened to be single on this day. I'm only human after all. Such emotions can't be helped. Usually, a day with the girls makes everything alright.

This year I'm neither single or taken. I'm reserved for the individual I'm seeing, but I can't tell him that. Since the relationship, I'm building is new I won't be dragging him into Valentine's Day. It's for the best really. I don't want to risk scaring him. Instead, I'll be grabbing a bite to eat with my mom.

Now onto the lookbook. I have three lovely outfits to share with you all. They range from casual to formal, so there's something for everyone. Hope you find them appealing.

Life Updates: Three- Had a nice lowkey Christmas.

My apologies for being behind on schedule. Originally I was gonna take a short break around the holidays, that kept getting longer and longer. Guess I was really stressed. Fashion blogging may seem glamorous from the outside looking in, but it's really tough. Especially when you can't afford clothes. I have been looking for a part-time job, but I haven't had much luck so far. Another tough thing I have been dealing with is harsh criticism. Just because I'm not making much from blogging now, doesn't mean I won't in the future. I strongly believe that if I keep at this I'll have lots of money someday and if things happen not to work out for whatever reason at least I gave this thing my all. It's a learning experience really. It's pretty fun too.

Christmas 2018 was nice, but it was definitely lacking. It wasn't the same without Grandma (Marcia) around. Thoughts were plagued with money troubles. The feeling of inadequacy weighing heavily on me. I mean everyone I know has already accomplished so much. Me not so much. I know you're not supposed to compare yourself to others, but sometimes it can't be helped. I struggle with depression after all.

Christmas Dinner!

On a happier note I got to hang with friends and family. Sometimes it's nice to talk about nothing and share food with the ones you love. My Great Aunt treated everyone to cornish hens, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, squash, as well as some forgotten things. Of course, the meal was beyond delicious. My Great Aunt is an amazing cook. Kudos to older generations for knowing how to cook like gods.

Christmas Gifts!

For the holiday I got the above, as well as a scarf, and a Walmart gift card. The gift card was spent on clothes, a Spiderman Homecoming DVD and some pumpkin spice coffee. Naturally, I felt bad for not being able to give much in return. Hobo status must end.
