Life Updates: Two- Tried Some Interesting Things!

Hey everyone. Hope you enjoy this blog entry. ^_^

My apologies if I seem depressed as of late. Life has been tough, to put it mildly. Someone dear to me passed away recently. Which was shocking to say so the least. No one expected them to pass so soon. Everyone thought we had more time with them. Talk about feeling jipped. The universe really stinks sometimes.

If all that isn't bad enough, my family is just barely getting by. One slip up and we are toast. Our internet already got shut off. This should only be temporary, but we don't know how long we have to go without it. And I run two home businesses. I'm obviously not making much from them right now. My blogs a baby and I'm only an intermediate artist. Naturally, people prefer to buy art from much more experienced individuals. I have been looking for a part-time job, but I haven't had much luck so far. I live in the middle of nowhere after all and I don't drive yet.

On a happier note I had been earning credits for clothing through a website called SwagBucks. In my opinion, it's an even better survey site, then Survey Savvy. Wish I discovered it sooner. Already got 6 new clothing items. Nothing overly expensive of course, but all my new things are pretty nice. You guys are gonna love them.

Finally getting to the topic at hand. That is about food I tried. What's nice about these things is they involve little, to no work on your part. Which is ideal for the world that we live in today. The first product I'll be sharing with you all is what I like to call mug treats. One of the greatest things to ever come into existence.

What's nice about these things is they are microwaveable, and actually taste good. All you have to do to prepare one of these microwavable treats is grab a mug, a tablespoon, some water and a pouch of the mixture. Pour the mixture into a mug, add the necessary amount of water to make it wet (Please refer to mixture pouch for the ideal amount of water.) and stir the goods til everything is moist. Once all that is out of the way, pop your mug into the microwave for about a minute and let it cool.

I have yet, to have a bad mug treat, but some are better than others. I highly recommend Vanilla Bean Cake. It's pure perfection. Banana Bread is pretty great too.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now onto the second product. Which is Lay's Stax. A tasty snack item. There like the offspring of a pringle and lays potato chip. Naturally, they pair well with pizza and sandwiches or they are best eaten while watching a movie or playing a game like Runescape. That doesn't require your constant attention.

Bad chips don't really exist in my opinion, but I do advise staying away from the BBG Stax. They didn't quite measure up to my expectations. They just seem to be lacking something. The Original Stax is where it's at. They will take you to the moon and back.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The third and final product I'll be sharing with you all is Green Bean Snack Crisps. A semi-healthy take on snacking. There light, there airy, and have a nice crunch to them. There best served with Cheddar Soup, or eaten by themselves when you got the munchies. They're so good you may just happen to devour a bag or two.

So what are you waiting for? Try them, if you haven't already, or have them back in your life. There too good to pass up.

How to style shorts? (5 Adorable Looks.)

Hey, everyone. Hope you enjoy this blog entry. ^_^

Today I'm gonna discuss how to style shorts. One of my favorite summer go-to items. What I love about them is there extremely cool and versatile. Granted they're not ideal for all occasions, but that's besides the point. I'm here to praise them, not belittle their very existence. Now onto the looks.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Black Circle Purse- Amazon

Gray Camisole- Kmart

Camo Shorts- Sears

Black Sneakers- Sears

The camo shorts are back again for one last visit. This time paired with a gray top. A rather nice combo, I would say so myself.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Black Military Hat- Rite Aid

Black Circle Purse- Amazon

Black & White Striped Crop Shirt- Amazon

Black Shorts- Charlotte Russe

Black Sneakers- Sears

Love how this outfit has a New Yorker vibe. It's so cool. Not sure high waisted anything is for me though. I fear I might look silly in that kind of stuff..

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

American Flag Purse- Payless Shoes

White Crop Top- Forever 21

Blue Short Shorts- Sears

Black & White Athletic Shoes- Famious Footwear .

This outfit is so patriotic and cute. All it's missing is a pair of red slides. Really hate being poor. >_>

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pink Messenger Bag- Walmart

White Lace Blouse- Sears

Pink Shorts- Track 23

Pink Sneakers- Macy's

This outfit is probably one of my favorites. It's so cute and girly. A white, pink color combination truly is stunning. Really gotta start wearing that color combo more often.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pink Messenger Bag- Walmart

White Floral Top- Sears

Light Blue Shorts- Hollister

Pink Sneakers- Macy's

Can't go wrong with this look. It's so cute. Would have gone a different direction with this outfit, if I had more things to work with though. Really gotta go shopping. I bet everyone is sick of seeing the same shoes and bags, over and over again.

Summer Capsule Wardrobe 2018!

Hey, everyone. Hope you enjoy this blog entry. ^_^

Today I'm going to talk about a summer capsule wardrobe, that I created for you capsule wardrobe lovers. I am by no means a minimalist myself, but I am great at creating outfits. The hope is this is helpful to at least one person. Also, I strongly believe even non-minimalists will be able to take something from this. So please carry on and give this blog entry a chance even if you're a clothes hoarder like myself. XD

Jokes aside, I hand picked 4 shirts, 3 pairs of shorts, 3 pairs of pants and 2 one-piece outfits for this wardrobe. The idea was to have some variety, while still maintaining a small wardrobe. It's to my understanding that some capsule wardrobes are even smaller than this one, some bigger. Ultimately it's up to the individual what they want to do with there's. This just serves as an example. Hope you like it.
